Adding -lm

Someone pointed out to me that AIX needs a -lm flag aded to LIBS.

I'm wondering if we shouldn't just add in -lm for everyone - it's a
very standard library, and we are using pow(). Tested fine on
Linux and BSD. Anyone foresee a problem with just adding it in
to Makefile.PL?:

! LIBS           => ["-L$POSTGRES_LIB -lpq -lm"],
