Problems Building DBD-Pg-2.17.2

   Some time after December 13th, my accounting application (written in perl)
failed. I cannot log in and need to fix this quickly. The problem is an
inability to load Pg.so.

   Running 'perl -MCPAN -e shell; install DBD::Pg' fails:
