Disable encryption of this mailing list on Gmane

Hi,

I read this mailing list mostly on Gmane, but unfortunately
it is tagged as "encrypt" there which means that mail ad-
dresses are mangled so for replies I need to access
nntp.perl.org in parallel to compose, eh, not-so-ugly
mails :-).

Could this be changed, please?  To do so, an administrator
needs to go to
http://gmane.org/info.php?group=gmane.comp.db.postgresql.dbdpg&edit=t,
remove "encrypt" from "Encode", add his mail address and a
short comment and hit "Submit".
