pg_dumpall failed

Hi,

I've tried to do a pg_dumpall on the latest binary snapshot of postgres, 
but I get the following 
message :

pg_dump.exe: [archiver (db)] connection to database "'template1' ' ' " 
failed: 
FATAL: database " 'template1' ' ' " does not exist
pg_dumpall: pg_dump failed on database "template1", exiting
