We have released version 42.2.8 to fix a regression. The details of the
issue are https://github.com/pgjdbc/pgjdbc/issues/1567

The short version is that the change in
https://github.com/pgjdbc/pgjdbc/issues/1134 could not deal with inet
values which were actually networks, not hosts.
