Empty JAR file for builds jre7 and jre6 in version 42.2.8

Hi,

I was attempting to download the jre7 build fore the current version 
42.2.8 on page https://jdbc.postgresql.org/download.html

The link "PostgreSQL JDBC 4.1 Driver, 42.2.8.jre7" 
(https://jdbc.postgresql.org/download/postgresql-42.2.8.jre7.jar) points 
to an empty file.

The same happens with the link "PostgreSQL JDBC 4.0 Driver, 42.2.8.jre6"
