Help us optimize our database indexes

We're looking for an experienced DBA who can help us optimize a number of
queries. A few of our queries take 2+ seconds to run, so there is a lot of
room for improvement.

We're running PostgreSQL 9.5 and using jsonb columns liberally for some
publishing functionality.

The ideal candidate will have experience with ActiveRecord (ruby) and be
able to make recommendations that work nicely with a Rails application.
However, this isn't required.

Please provide examples of your knowledge and experience, such as a link to
a stackoverflow profile where you've answered postgresql questions.
