The major requirement comes from the attached file:

"Mandatory attendance and participation in hour-long, weekly team meetings
(Mondays 730AM) and daily stand-up meetings (Tue-Fri, 730AM)."

It's extremely challenging and a hard to find skill, especially taking into
consideration how difficult to get into Boston's downtown at that time.
That rest of the requirements are quite trivial.
