Database Internals Sr. Developer

EnterpriseDB, the Enterprise PostgreSQL Company, is seeking engineers
to join our development team.  Job title and salary commensurate with
experience.  Candidates must be located in Bangalore, India.  This
position involves writing and maintaining backend database code for
EnterpriseDB's Postgres Plus Advanced Server and PostgreSQL; reviewing
and testing patches written by other team members, and assistance in
resolving customer issues.

A qualified candidate will have 8-15 years of experience with the following=
:

- Must have a Bachelor=E2=80=99s Degree or higher in Computer Science disci=
pline.
- At least 5 years of recent C/C++ programming experience.
- Significant knowledge of database internals, either with PostgreSQL
or some other RDBMS.
- Previous involvement with the PostgreSQL community or another open
source community is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Solid communication skills in English, both orally and in writing.
- Highest level of personal and professional integrity.
- Experienced in working with a global team.
