Columbia, SC Length: 2 Months+ (2-3 weeks on-site, the rest can be done remotely) Skills: PostgreSQL Version 8.1 (This is a must, must be version 8.1) Linux CentOS Performance Tuning and Application Optimization C and Bash Scripting - Some knowledge, Not actually coding Day to Day: Client has a large proprietary application that utilizes PostgreSQL database. Consultant would be optimizing and enhancing the application.
