Issue with ODBC connection when export Database

I am trying to export my DB that was on SQL 2008 to 2017 SQL server & I
succeeded, and I am trying to connect the exported database into odoo(Ver
11) by making link server to PostgreSQL. Iam succeed in this part as well.

Now the issue is when I try to export the database from SQL2017 to Odoo
bridged server using export wizard I get below error.

ODBC connection I created is with the 64 Bit by downloading  from
https://www.postgresql.org/ftp/odbc/versions/msi/, ODBC driver I downloaded
and installed is  *psqlodbc_09_06_0500-x64.zip*

PostgreSQL Version  on odoo server is 9.6.9 , I assume is it could be
because the ODCB driver is 9.6.05 & version of SQL is 9.6.9, or is it
something I need to change some settings on PostgreSQL side in order to
work.

Kindly confirm if we need to install same version of odbc connection driver
 as PostgreSQL server version & where is it available.
