I'm happy to say that this has reflected a massive improvement in perform=
ance for this connector / driver.

I can tell there are some edge cases which are not working as expected bu=
t in general this meets my very high level requirements.
Let me take a few days to isolate these particular issues remaining with =
reproducible conditions before sending you further logs.
