"odbcinst" not found

Currently i circumvent this problem, i uses next command: "./configure 
--with-unixodbc=/usr/bin/odbcinst".
And after this, i get another error: "configure: error: C preprocessor 
"/lib/cpp" fails sanity check"

undestading, what does he want.
