pgadmin4 client can't start server

Hi, The current version 4.11 and 4.x before does not start the server on Ubuntu. When starting pgadmin4 in a terminal window "pgadmin4" three splash screens open with "Starting pgAdmin4 server...", "Taking longer than usual...', 'Almost there..." and then "The Application server could not be contacted". "pgadmin -h" or "pgadmin --help" did not help (options just ignored), "man pgadmin4" is a "no info".
