pgAdmin4 does not launch

Hi,

I am using Post GIS with pgAdmin 4. It was working well till 3 days back,
However now when I launch pgadmin 4 it opens default in IE (not in chrome).

Also ,  the web page keeps loading and does not show
the database components.

Any pointers are welcome. Thanks !
