   I have verified the log file, but it's not clear from the logs. Have you
set the log level to DEBUG
   CONSOLE_LOG_LEVEL = logging.DEBUG
   FILE_LOG_LEVEL = logging.DEBUG

   Is your database server and pgAdmin4 running on same machine?
