Issue with PgAdmin

Dear PgAdmin Development Team,

I am unable to run pgadmin on my windows 10 laptop. I am getting the below
error.

Fatal error:
The application server could not be contacted.

I tried reinstalling software and also cleared the session from the AppData
folder.
