pgadmin4 Installation (Dependency?) Issue on RHEL 8

Hi all -
I have a fresh RHEL 8 installation that I am trying to install pgadmin4 on.=
I have added the PGDG repos and have successfully installed and started Po=
stegreSQL 11. My repos are as such:

I was trying to install this back in October and ran into the same issue; a=
m I just missing something silly here? I notice that the packages it claims=
it can't find don't have the pgadmin4- prefix in front of them.
