[PORTS] Compiling problem postgresql-8.1.4 with Mingw-5.0.2 and Msys-1.0.11

G'day

I'm having problems with the compliing complaining about conflicting
types for strerror.c.
Any pointers on how to resolve it?

Extract of compile.
