So far as I understand it, the situation becomes exactly the same as for 
Linux: you can build and redistribute versions based on the GPL'd code. You 
can even sell them, you just have to provide the source.

At the moment, selling prebuilt packages from totalrekall for Linux is simply 
a service, effectivsly the same as RedHat or SuSE; with a GPL'd QT for 
windows, that becomes a service as well
