Install problem

Can anyone help me with the following error?

Install file: "build/qt3/kbase/rekallqt" as "/usr/local/bin/rekallqt"
scons: *** Source
`build/qt3/doc/rekall/manual/rekall/Chap1Introduction.html' not found,
needed by target
`/usr/local/share/apps/rekallqt/manual/rekall/Chap1Introduction.html'.
Stop.
make: *** [install.qt3] Error 2

The compile seems to proceed without incident, but the install breaks
here.
