2 little bugs found

Hi devs

I just downloaded  v2.4.6. During installation I found 2 minor bugs (IMHO):

1.) Warning    : PgSQL components not found - no mysql driver
Sounds strange to me: mysql driver for PostgreSQL?

As fix I would suggest in: db/pgsql/rkScan_PgSQL.py

2.) Some settings are not listed in the README.FIRST:

enable-mdb=no
enable-sqlite3=no

As fix I would suggest in README.FIRST:

> enable-mdb=yes|no               : Enable MDB build (default yes)
> enable-sqlite3=yes|no           : Enable SQLite3 (default yes)
