Compiling with srcdir != objdir

Rekall currently has some problems if you build with srcdir different
from the directory you build in.

The patches available at
http://arch.raw.no/index.cgi/[email protected]/rekall--devo--0--patch-3
should fix this, and seems to work for me.

gives you all the patches in one big chunk)
