Compile 2.3.3 under Debian

Hi,

trying to compile Rekall under Debian for QT3 only, I found that QT3
include and lib dirs are no included for a standard Debian
distribution. These are:

include: /usr/include/qt3
lib: /usr/lib

They should be included in scons/rkScan_QT3.py
