Announce RRDtool 1.0.50

In a few minutes I will announce the availability of rrdtool 1.2.0

Since this has MANY changes I am also releasing a final release of
rrdtool 1.0.50 with quite a number of bugfixes.

as usual you can get this from
http://people.ee.ethz.ch/oetiker/webtools/rrdtool/pub

Note that the rrdtool website has been upgraded for for rrdtool 1.2
