rrdtool-1.0.20 released

Folks,

It has been some time since I have done an announcement for rrdtool
several releases have come out since some bugfixes and even 1 or
two new features ... check the attached change log ... 

For the NT people amongst you, we do have a NT release already on
the website along side the unix release ...
