php rrd extension - progress

Hello,
Before a few days, I got permission for maintaining php rrd extension in  
php source repository as pecl extension

I continue with merging of legacy extension code, currently rrd_graph,  
rrd_update, rrd_create is merged, their OO are changed for using common  
extension arguments api.
After all legacy code will be merged, I publish first release and send a  
message.
