Unable to integrate MRTG with RRD tool

Hi Team 

Please provide me a documentation and installation  steps to integrate 
Current MRTG installed into RRD tool from where i can see the data and
will able to download the data from there .

Please help me to do the same .


My Current cg file is like this :

Target[mcdp-isp-001]: -\GigabitEthernet2/x:qh$\@[email protected]:
MaxBytes[mcdp-isp-001]:64000
Title[mcdp-isp-001]:Traffic Analysis for MAGUS-CUSTOMER.
PageTop[mcdp-isp-001]: <H1>Traffic Analysis for MAGUS-CUSTOMER.</H1>
 <TABLE>
   <TR><TD>Max Speed:</TD><TD>512 Kbps</TD></TR>
 
<TR><TD>Port@Router/Switch:</TD><TD>\GigabitEthernet2/X:@DEL-ISP-MPL-RTR-X</TD></TR>

which creates the png files and the old and log files in the Customer 
Directory i.e mcdp-isp-001.
