Process frozing

Using rrdtool for windows successfully for some time, but now command GRAPH freeze each time is started for some reason. Each rrdtool.exe process fully loaded one CPU core and never (at least for couple of hours) end.

Tried to start rrdtool.exe without any parameter (to confirm exe file is not broken), this print banner, than terminate with errorlevel 0. Checking command syntax for few times, but did not find something wrong:

Restarting machine does not help. Remote storage (Z: drive) is accessible. Antivirus real-time protection is disabled, directory "C:\Inetpub\wwwroot" and drive "Z:" are excluded from AV protection. Administrators permissions.

Process CAN be terminated by CTRL+C, than exitcode is "-1073741510"

Windows 2003 server, rrdtool 1.4.5

Dump from file work fine:

"C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\monitoring\utilities\rrdtool\rrdtool.exe" dump Z:\rrdfiles\ubnt\actual\10.12.34.162.rrd
