How to generate a txt file with the contents of a table

Hi, first sorry for my english, isn't my native language. I am using SAP DB
7.4.03 for Microsoft Windows.

I would like to know if there's any way to generate a .txt file (through SQL
Studio) whose content is the one of a table inside one SAP Database. Also
I'll need some way to delimite the fields of the txt file created (with tabs
for example) and the possibility to automate the process with some kind of
script.
