-24965 logon to system failed

Hallo,

ich habe gerade fÃŒr einer Newslettersystem eine SAP DB einrichten
nun haben wir zwar alle Anweisungen befolgt aber ich erhalte beim
Anlegen der User dbm und dba die Fehlermeldung "-24965 logon to system failed"
Ich glaube nicht das es an SAP DB liegt eher wohl ein Windows Rechte
Problem. Wer kann mir da weiterhelfen.

I have installed sapdb for our newslettersystem called "inxmail"
I have used the database wizard to initialize a new instance of sapdb
but i got the following error message "-24965 logon to system failed"
Where is my problem? I don't think that it is a problem that has to do
with sapdb, but it may be a problem with the windows configuration.

Here are the specs for the server, which we are running the database on:
- Windows 2000 Server
- Servicepack IV
- 512 MB RAM
- 10 GB Harddiskspace free

If you could please give me some details over the windows
configuration because I am not 100% sure of how to configure
the server.
