Error in Loadercli 7.4 Build 27

Hello,
Have installed the latest build 7.4.3.27 32-bit on MS
Windows 2000, am trying to export user tables and data
as below:
DOS> loadercli -d TESTH -u dba,dba -b loader.con
Loader Server Protocol File:   \wrk\loader.prt'

User DBA connected to database TESTH on local host.
USE USER APPL APPL 
Successfully executed

SET MAXERRORCOUNT 999
Successfully executed

CATALOGEXTRACT USER OUTSTREAM FILE
'D:\extracts\catalogdata'

The CATALOGDATA statement causes LOADERCLI to exit
(consistently) with a messagebox "Die Anweisung in
0x... verweist auf Speicher...."
Exactly the same sytax with exactly the same database
schema works in Build 17. Can send
'D:\extracts\catalogdata' on request, no message in
loader.prt
Any ideas?
