upgrade sapdb 7.30 to 7.4

Hello,

I tried to upgrade sapdb 7.30 to 7.4 with the sbdupd.exe and get the error:
  "no up to date data backup found".
But a completed backup with checkpoint und log backup were made before.
How can I solve this Problem?
