External functions in DLLs

Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to call functions declared in a DLL or 
shared object from a stored proc or SQL in SAPDB. 

I am using the bitwise AND function (declared in a DLL) in my current 
project, and we are thinking of migrating to SAPDB, but need this 
functionality.
