Problem with ODBC Driver on Windows 98

Hi:

We have a little problem when we install ODBC Driver 7.4.3.27 on Windows 98. We can't create a DSN because the OK button is disabled after we complete data source name, database and server.

When we install ODBC Driver 7.3 on Windows 98, this problem doesn't exist

Why???
