Error/Message by opening SQL-Studio disappears

Hello, 

if I start SQL-Studio (7.4.3.28) I see a Yes/No-box, but it's displayed so
short, that I can't click yes or no. Then SQL-Studio is open and the box is
disappeared. Through making a screenshot I got the Message of the box.

Title of the box:
CatalogManagement

Message of the box:
File "/Fehler" is corrupted.
Delete it?
<Yes>    <No>

I've looked on my harddrive, but can't find a file called Fehler. even not
in the Local Folder from SQL-Studio.
