ODBC for Win95 dosn't work

Hi,
unfortunately there are some Win95  Clients which want to use our
application. But the ODBC dosn't work.
On connecting the database I get the error message "Fehler:Allgemeiner
SQL-Fehler
[SAP AG][SQLOD32 DLL][SAP DB]Unable to connect to data source;-709
CONNECT: (no TCP/IP to connect remote server).
Alias: sapmpdb"

ODBC Release: SAPDB 7.04.03.00
Other ODBC-driver (i.e. MSACCESS) works normally.
Win2000 and Win98 works normally too.

My questions:
Does the ODBC 7.04.03 support Windows 95?
If yes, are there some prerequisites?
