recover Problem in 7.4.03.27 that works in 7.3.0.25

Hi,

I've migrated Version 7.3.0.25 to 7.4.03.27 at the first database machine.
Then i have started a backup without any Problems.
As next installed a clean Version of 7.4 on th second machine.
Now i'm trying to make a recover with the backup of the first machine, 
but i'm getting the shown error. The same scripts are used in the past 
on 7.3 for both machines.
Name of medium is pipe(Thrue gzip and gunzip with a pipe. More than 10GB).

whats wrong with my recover statement:

dbmcli -u <dbm>,<password> -uUTL -d <database> recover_start pipe DATA

-24988, ERR_SQL: sql error
-3005, Invalid SQL statement
