which tag to choose?

hi,

I don't understand the meaning of the tags that i found in the CVS.
There aren't any branches either.

There might exist a tag for the version 7.4.3.10 which i need to install 
to have the CURRVAL-thing for SERIAL-columns.

which tag is for 7.4.3.10 or later?
