That's odd, since we are using the source from V74_03_07.  And, now that we
have this nice loaner z800, we _can_ pull the source from CVS.  Thanks for
reminding me!

If we weren't supposed to use sapdb-source-7.4.03.07.tgz, which one should
we have used?

Most of them are supposed to be fixed in our current development tree, which
is accessible via CVS (Yes, I know that you, Mark, can't access it that
way). There are also fixed in our 7.4.03 branch, so perhaps it's best to
wait until the next release before you send me any patches.

As most changes consist of adding a cast or two, I don't know if it's
actually worth the effort to pull the sources from CVS for this.
