applied. Some things to review
- caching row number
- perhaps row count (SQLRowCount) is affected ?? I think it would be very
interesting to use it. This is one of the major issues with tds protocol
(although this lead to better performance). Using always cursors and getting
row counts before can be a good way to have multiple recordset and row
counts for web page (the main reason row count is used before final
fetch,,,)
