Initial Comment:
This patch adds implementation of Microsoft NTLMv2 authentication protocol to FreeTDS v. 0.82. This code was originally developed for FreeTDS v. 0.64 and back-ported to v.82. The code was published under "PUBLIC DOMAIN" license since fall 2005. The only exception is the implementation of the hmac_md5 algorithm, which was borrowed from SAMBA and should be redistributed under GNU GPL license. That shouldn't be a big problem because implementation of hmac_md5 is quite trivial and can be easily replaced.
