Actually you can already reproduce with the sample I sent in previous mail.

Let's make this deal:

1) You and Fred clarify the SQLBindParameter binding when using UTF-8
buffers, and fix the issue I reported - fails with SQL_[VAR]CHAR or
SQL_W[VAR]CHAR...

2) I write the test program when (1) is done.

3) We make my customers happy and they invite both of us in Taipei
for a dinner.

I commit for (2), not (3).
