Hi Frediano,

Thanks for the patch (post82.diff.gz). One minor problem with it though: the build fails with

gcc -pthread -g -Wdeclaration-after-statement -o .libs/fisql fisql.o terminal.o edit.o handlers.o interrupt.o  -L/usr/lib ../../dblib/.libs/libsybdb.so ../../replacements/.libs/libreplacements.a -lreadline -lrt -Wl,--rpath -Wl,/usr/local/freetds.dev/lib
../../dblib/.libs/libsybdb.so: undefined reference to `hmac_md5'

The code built OK after I fixed the makefile in tds, and my test script now works ok. Thanks again for your help.
