nightly builds unavailable

On October 23 or so, ibiblio dropped support for FTP.  Nightly builds
stopped working at that time.  

They support SSH, and I've installed a public key there to facilitate
batch uploading.  I haven't yet modified the overnight snapshot build
script to use SSH instead of FTP.  Perhaps this weekend.
