Just to say 'me too' that I had the same build failure with 0.82 which is
packaged with Fedora 10.  I made a patched RPM package which changes cspublic.h
to the version from the latest freetds trunk and that fixes the problem.

Is there any chance of a 0.82.1 release to address this?  I mean with just the
header file corrected.
