HNY everyone.
I suppose to get to the bottom of this it might help to step through the 
ct and tds source code in the debugger.
Does anybody have a few quick pointers as to how to build the libraries 
from the freetds distribution with symbolic information?
Is there configure setting or environment variable or so that I can set?
