Remote connecting from CentOS-Cpanel to Win Server 2003 (MSSQL 2005 Express)

Hi All,

I'm trien to remote connect to a windows server 2003 (with mssql 2005 xpress) from a CentOS-Cpanel server. 
here is my freetds info:

When I try to test the connect with ./tsl -S <ip> -U user -P pw... it fails and gives me this error.
locale is "en_US.UTF-8"
locale charset is "UTF-8"
44Msg 20009, Level 9, State -1, Server OpenClient, Line -1
Unable to connect: Adaptive Server is unavailable or does not exist
There was a problem connecting to the server

So I took a dump of the connection and here it is aswell.
