Not sure what's wrong.  I (try to) compare MD5s from the last uploaded
file and the current one, and not overwrite the published one unless
something's changed.  (It makes more sense for the patched relase tarball,
which changes infrequently.)

For now I deleted the fingerprints, so at least we should see new tarballs
tonight.
