If tcpdump under TCP/IP Services can write a dump file, Wireshark can probably read it.

That may be easier than setting up a sniffer.

Craig,

We're runnng this:

  HP TCP/IP Services for OpenVMS Industry Standard 64 Version V5.6 - ECO 3
  on an HP rx4640  (1.60GHz/9.0MB) running OpenVMS V8.3-1H1

If it comes down to it, we'll probably try to set up a sniffer to catch 
the packets to see what is going on.  tcpdump from HP on OpenVMS is fairly 
weak for packet analysis.  My recollection is that Multinet had a much 
better implementation.
